A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I Brought a busload of seniors from an area senior community, half with walkers, several with early stage Alzheimer’s. We had a great experience! They met us at the door and assisted our folks in. They had our table ready and setup in a perfect location. The waitress was wonderful and so patient and helpful, including all the separate checks and taking payments at the table in addition to assisting with payment challenges. Everyone loved their food, lots of doggie bags from big servings, and we are adding Maple Butter Cafe to our list of favorite outing locations for the future! I highly recommend this restaurant.

The meat lovers Omelet, Avocado Toast,Breakfast Tacos, and the best pancakes of all Lemon blueberry pancake were so delicious. The cappuccino, vanilla latte, and berry smoothie were refreshing. The wait staff and wait times were quick and everyone there treats you like family making sure your experience there is great.

Finally had a chance to eat here, and Maple Butter Cafe did not disappoint! Came on a Sunday after church, about noon. The restaurant was bustling. We only had about a 10 minute wait for a table for 3. Service was great, as was the food! I had the omelet special with a side of French toast. Portion size was generous and I brought almost half of my meal home to enjoy later. The other two in our party had Eggs Benedict, and they basically licked their plates clean. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great experience at Maple Butter Cafe! I ordered the Power Wrap with a side of sweet potato fries, which was not only delicious but also a perfect low-calorie, high-protein option — and it happened to be on special that day, which was a nice bonus. The flavors were fresh and satisfying without being heavy. My partner ordered a skillet which was great and came with generous portions of avocado. Our server was fantastic — super attentive and friendly, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The service really added to the overall positive vibe of the place. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy spot with great food and even better service!

Kayla is an amazing waitress! She was very attentive even though it was really busy. Food was so delicious and we didn't have to wait long for it. Good portions for great prices. Will definitely be eating here again!

I got the country biscuit and I found it to be amazing. They were at a good temperature, for me where it was warm, and the pancakes too. Came on Father's Day too when it was crowded, yet we were able to get seated in around 15 minutes. They had many different options that sounded really good so I think I'll be back.

We were on our way to a different breakfast place when we saw this restaurant and decided to try it. I’m glad we did. First, walking in, this place is so pretty. Whoever decorated this place did an amazing job. Walking in, you just know that you are in for something special. Second, the service was wonderful. Jenna was our server and she was very attentive. You can definitely tell that the staff here really takes pride in their work. That kind of energy is generally only cultivated by an owner and management staff that treat their employees well. Third, the food was really great! My avocado toast came out and it was plates so beautifully that my daughter wanted to take a picture. I have included the photo because she’s right. It is really beautiful. I absolutely recommend this place :)

Maple Butter Cafe – A Breakfast Gem in Plainfield During our visit to Maple Butter Cafe, we tried the Cheese Steak Omelet and the Skirt Steak Skillet, both paired with pancakes on the side. While there was a small hiccup with our order initially (a wrong dish was brought out), the staff quickly corrected it, and the wait was well worth it. The omelet and skillet were both flavorful and cooked to perfection. However, the real standout was the pancakes. Without exaggeration, these are the best pancakes in the Plainfield area. Having explored all the breakfast spots nearby, I can confidently say that no other place comes close. The pancakes were fluffy, delicious, and paired beautifully with warm, pure maple syrup. Even as someone who doesn’t usually enjoy sweets, I found myself finishing every bite—and even took one home with extra syrup! The cost for two people came to around 60, which is reasonable compared to similar breakfast restaurants in the area. Another highlight of the visit was the couple who greeted us at the door. Their playful banter over seating us added a charming and personal touch to the experience. Maple Butter Cafe offers great food, warm hospitality, and a standout breakfast experience. Don’t miss out on the pancakes—they’re worth the visit alone!
